Cast bronze medal; inscription obverse: ΟCΤΙΛΙΟC ΜΑΡΚΕΛΛΟC Ο ΙΕΡΕΥC ΤΟΥ ΑΝΤΙΝΟΟΥ; the obverse does not belong with the reverse, which is taken from ancient coins of Syracuse; on reverse a quadriga, with a Victory, holding a wreath and flying above; in exergue: .COS.II. .S.C.
