In the background of the left group probably Zacharias and Agatho (identified in the programme of the Münsterschwarzach fresco copied here), in the foreground Leo IX and Gregory. The right group consists of Marinus (with instruments of martyrdom), Anianus (with lilies) and Leonard (with chains).
