Cast lead medal; inscription obverse: .COSMVS. MED. MAG. ETRVRIAE. DVX. I.; on reverse, Cosimo crowned by a winged victory whilst Fame inscribes a tablet; in the centre a bound nude prisoner and a trophy; inscription: .DE GALLIS. ET TVRCIS.
