At the left (panel 6) Hugh, Cellarer of Jervaulx, is ill, at the top (9) he is given the 'holy water' of St Thomas to drink, at the right (7) he has a nosebleed that leads to his recovery; the bottom scene (4) is a 19th-century addition based on n. IV, section 29
