Athenian[?] red-figure neck-amphora. Iris paying libation to Apollo (or less likeley Dionysus). Satyr approaching Demeter, Cybele, Gaia, or Artemis. Cf a strikingly similar amphora in Penn Museum, inv. MS5466. Both vases might be the works of the same potter and painter.
