The sculptures are by an unknown artist. The original frescoes do not remain but Stefani Perrone attributes them to either Gerolamo Cignoli (1640) or Giovanni Battista della Rovere, il Fiamminghino (1580). The frescoes were damaged and repainted in 1886 by Francesco Burlazzi.
