Detail of Chapel 1. Begun by 1592. Sculpture executed by il Tabacchetti c. 1595-99. Frescoes were previously attributed to Guglielmo Caccia (il Moncalvo) but are now thought to be by Giorgio Alberini in collaboration with a Valsesian artist in the first decade of the 17th C.
