Etching. Louis Aniba, Roy d'Essinie à la Coste d'Or en Afrique. In fact Aniaba was a prince of Assinie who failed to take the throne, but the French, who had converted him to Catholicism and hoped he would take power in Assinie, referred to him as a king.
